We pledge you will always receive prompt
decision-making and outstanding service, a commitment we stand behind
every day on every service we deliver. We believe that putting the needs of our
clients and communities first is our most important goal.

Dennis Badger & Associates, Inc. is a
real estate appraisal and consulting firm centrally based
in Lexington, Kentucky.
We pride ourselves in offering timely real property appraisals of nearly all property
types:
residential, commercial, industrial, multi-family,
special purpose, vacant land, and residential
subdivision studies. Should you desire, our offices are fully
equipped to email appraisal reports via electronic data transmission
(EDI) in the popular Adobe PDF format. Consulting
assignments include litigation support, investment analysis, and feasibility
studies. Appraisal review services
compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
(USPAP) include administrative and
field appraisal reviews for both government and private-sector
institutions. We also offer
investigative services for state appraisal certification and licensing
boards and other federal, state, or local agencies that require compliance
with USPAP and applicable appraiser laws or regulations.
We presently offer
several education seminars for real estate professionals. Whether
you are
a real estate appraiser, tax assessor, lender, or
developer/dealer, we're sure you'll benefit from our practical
experience and knowledge of conceptual fundamentals.
