2026-2027 7-Hour National USPAP® Continuing Education Course

Stay current and confident in your practice with the 2026–2027 7-Hour National USPAP® Continuing Education Course, developed by The Appraisal Foundation and approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB). This course is required continuing education for licensed and certified real estate appraisers and is designed to give you practical tools to navigate today’s most pressing appraisal challenges.
Through interactive lessons and case studies, you’ll sharpen your understanding of USPAP’s key definitions, strengthen your approach to impartiality and bias, and learn how to handle real-world issues such as appraisal revisions, confidentiality, canceled assignments, and the role of artificial intelligence in appraisal practice.
By the end of the day, you’ll be equipped to apply USPAP confidently in everyday assignments — using the 2024 USPAP and 2026 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual to solve problems, protect yourself from compliance risks, and deliver credible results that inspire public trust.

“I would HIGHLY recommend any appraiser take their USPAP and any other education from Dennis. Dennis keeps the topic interesting, keeps everyone willingly engaged. I appreciate all the time and effort that was put into this course and will definitely recommend my local peers/associates to take any education they can from Dennis, he makes every participant feel a valued class member.”

★★★★★
“I know as an appraiser of 24 years that this class can sometimes get boring since alot of this material is repeated over and over but Dennis Badger was one of the first instructors that made this class very interesting. I learned more in this class and will definitely be taking other classes from Dennis Badger & Associates. This was truly interesting and not just another class to get my 7 hours. Thanks Dennis”
