One per person: Limit one (1) discount per person. Duplicate redemptions may be cancelled or adjusted to standard tuition.

Non-transferable: Discount code is non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or used by another individual.

Applies to tuition only: Discount applies to course tuition only and does not apply to late fees, rescheduling fees, printed materials/shipping (if any), travel-related costs, or other add-ons.

No combining offers: Discount may not be combined with any other promotion, coupon, group rate, or special pricing.

Registration required: Code must be entered at the time of registration/checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed registrations or invoices.

Valid for approved courses only: Offer applies only to eligible Dennis Badger & Associates continuing education courses listed on this website. We may exclude certain courses or special events where noted.

Expiration: Code must be redeemed before December 31, 2026.

Verification: We reserve the right to verify eligibility (including prior attendance records). If the registrant is not eligible, we may require payment of the remaining tuition prior to course delivery.

Cancellation/changes: If you cancel or do not attend, the discount has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. Any refund, transfer, or reschedule will follow our published cancellation/reschedule policy, with refunds based on the amount actually paid.

Right to modify or end offer: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time. Changes will not affect registrations already confirmed and paid.

Name matches registration: Discount is valid only for the person whose email address was confirmed and whose name appears on the registration.

Licensing board limitations: Discount does not guarantee course approval in any state; registrants are responsible for confirming eligibility in their jurisdiction.
